Description of the freight

Value of goods

Any available photos

Pickup & destination details

Tracking information & documentation (freight labels, airway bill, bill of lading)

Proof of freight payment

Packaging details (markings, size, how it was packed)

• Contact the carrier, sender & receiver

• Investigate across depot networks (National & International)

• Track potential misrouting or internal misplacement

• Examine signs of freight theft or mishandling

⚠️ Insurance Advisory

We recommend insurance or warranty with your carrier, but many exclude:

• Personal or second-hand goods

• Fragile or dangerous items

Always check your carrier's insurance terms carefully.

💰 Pricing

Minimum Fee: AUD $250 + GST
5% of value (up to $20,000)
2.5% of value (over $20,000)
+ Additional costs for interstate/international travel

If freight is not recovered, there is an Admin Fee of AUD $199.00 + GST. Plus any Travelling Costs
